A waiver must be signed by each player at the event site

All checks and money orders need to be made out to “RETROACTIONSPORTS”

The rosters will be set prior to the event. Please send the registration in as soon as possible. We have a limited number of roster spots and we will contact you two weeks prior to the event to let you know if you have been selected
